What you will do

• Create stylized 3D assets in an organic, cartoon-inspired art style.
• Transform 2D concepts, objects, and environments into high-quality 3D game assets.
• Deliver optimized high- and low-poly 3D models specifically for mobile platforms.
• Import and integrate assets into Unity, including the setup of materials and textures.
• Create appealing stylized lighting and rendering setups.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to solve technical and aesthetic challenges.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Animation or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to work with different styles and techniques.
• Strong understanding of topology and optimization for game engines.
• Proven experience creating assets for mobile games.
• Knowledge of PBR and stylized workflows, including UV mapping and baking.
• Strong sense of composition, color, and shape language.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Maya, Photoshop, and other 3D graphics/animation tools.
• Ability to plan and organize work activities and analyze information effectively.
