What you will do

• Lead the implementation and management of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Directory services.
• Develop and optimize solutions using FIM, MIM, or similar IAM technologies.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot virtual directory solutions.
• Implement and maintain secure access control mechanisms including ADFS, Kerberos, and AzureADConnect.
• Create scripts for system automation and integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in IAM or Directory services.
• Senior expertise in Optimal IDM or other Directory/MetaDirectory technologies (AD, ADAM, FIM, MIM).
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience with Windows Hello for Business and AzureADConnect.
• Fluent English proficiency is required to work in an English-speaking environment.
