What you will do
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new starters, maintaining HR records, and managing offboarding processes.
- Oversee daily Malta office operations, managing suppliers, facilities, and ensuring a welcoming workplace environment.
- Implement employee wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and company-wide social events.
- Support recruitment across multiple departments by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Handle HR operations including payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR system data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Global HR Lead on people projects, process improvements, and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration, people operations, or office management.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator capable of building relationships across all business levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Must be based in Malta
