What you will do

  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new starters, maintaining HR records, and managing offboarding processes.
  • Oversee daily Malta office operations, managing suppliers, facilities, and ensuring a welcoming workplace environment.
  • Implement employee wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and company-wide social events.
  • Support recruitment across multiple departments by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Handle HR operations including payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR system data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR Lead on people projects, process improvements, and operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration, people operations, or office management.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator capable of building relationships across all business levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Must be based in Malta

  • Understanding of Maltese employment practices and HR administration.
  • Professional HR qualification.
  • Experience within technology, gaming, or fast-growth business sectors.
  • Experience organizing employee engagement initiatives or workplace events.
