What you will do

• Review and refine the Reward framework to maintain competitiveness in the talent market.
• Analyze compensation, remuneration, and benefits data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Support annual salary reviews, benchmarking surveys, and job evaluations.
• Transform complex data into clear, insightful reports for informed decision-making.
• Monitor market trends and emerging industry practices to keep the Reward strategy current.
• Collaborate with HR teams to provide insights that enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Reward Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of job grading, salary benchmarking, and market analysis.
• Ability to work onsite from the Malta headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with Willis Towers Watson or similar reward platforms.
