What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to create concise reference and user guide documentation.
• Work with UX designers to ensure UI text, field labels, and error messages are meaningful and error-free.
• Develop customer-facing content, including charts and illustrations for new products and features.
• Integrate technical documentation into product builds and standardize content across platforms.
• Review and reorganize existing documentation based on usability feedback from internal teams.
• Engage with Customer Success, Marketing, and L&D teams to improve documentation quality.

Requirements

• Working towards a university degree or college diploma in English, Business, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be based in or able to work in Belgrade on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DITA-OT, oXygen XML Author, and related tools.
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javadoc, Markdown, Sphinx, PostMan, and/or Python.
• Foundational networking knowledge or experience.
