What you will do

• Transcribe and transform voice notes and bullet points into polished LinkedIn posts and blog drafts using AI tools like Claude and Perplexity.
• Create branded visual content, social post graphics, and blog headers in Canva.
• Schedule and publish posts via tools such as Taplio.
• Maintain a simple content calendar and ensure a weekly publishing cadence on the website.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats across different channels.

Requirements

• English: Fluent (C1+) written and spoken — hard requirement for communicating with US executives.
• Proficiency in Canva, including working with brand kits and maintaining visual consistency.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Perplexity, etc.) as a natural part of the workflow.
• High level of ownership over output quality and attention to detail (typos, fonts, colors).
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in hitting deadlines.
• Experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (agency or startup background).

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma or other advanced design tools.
• Ability to create custom illustrations or motion graphics.
• Experience with social scheduling tools like Buffer or Taplio.
• Background in B2B or SaaS content.
