What you will do

• Perform user acceptance and functional testing across the e-commerce enterprise architecture, including logistics, ERP, and CRM.
• Plan and execute testing activities for new projects and features in close coordination with the Product Owner and developers.
• Manage end-to-end bug lifecycles in coordination with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide testing insights and data to help the Product Owner prioritize development tasks.
• Collaborate within a Scrumban team of 6 developers to ensure seamless system operation.

Requirements

• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), software testing, or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in writing, executing, and documenting test cases and scenarios.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban).
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, ERP, CRM, or logistics systems.
