• Proven experience working with VIP clients in the iGaming industry across the LatAm region;
• Languages: Spanish, English and Russian skills (from B2 and higher);
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing high-stakes client relationships;
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze player data and create tailored retention strategies;
• Flexibility: availability for weekend or shift work, as VIP players are active outside regular business hours.
