What you will do

• Draft and refine UI copy to simplify complex product information for end users.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to align copy with user experience goals.
• Design and optimize AI prompts for internal products based on usage data.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of copy.
• Review and update bilingual content archives to maintain clarity and consistency.
• Monitor industry trends in content and AI to improve writing and prompt design efficiency.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate in Translation, Linguistics, Journalism, UX, or a related field.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required for stakeholder coordination.
• Basic awareness of UX writing principles.
• Strong passion for internet, AI, and fintech products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a quick learning ability.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in professional copywriting.
• Experience with prompt design.
