Tribe Leader (Customer Solutions): Leading a defined customer-centric value domain by managing multiple product teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions with an accent on business outcomes, P&L accountability, and strategic alignment. Focus on driving measurable business value, fostering autonomous cross-functional teams, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Praha, Brno, or České Budějovice). Hybrid work model available where possible.

What you will do

  • Define and communicate the Tribe’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives in alignment with company strategy.
  • Own end-to-end value delivery, including P&L accountability, customer satisfaction (NPS), and ROI.
  • Establish and maintain the Tribe roadmap, priorities, and OKRs across product teams.
  • Lead planning, performance management, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Create an environment that enables autonomous, high-performing, cross-functional product teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary interface to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • C1/C2 proficiency in both Czech and English is required.
  • Proven experience as a senior business leader capable of managing complex value domains.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate company strategy into actionable priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build team culture, and develop talent.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resource allocation, and cross-functional team performance.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on business impact.
