What you will do
- Define and communicate the Tribe’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Own end-to-end value delivery, including accountability for P&L, customer satisfaction (NPS), and ROI.
- Establish and maintain the Tribe roadmap, priorities, and OKRs across multiple product teams.
- Lead performance management through clear KPIs and oversee quarterly business reviews (QBR).
- Cultivate an environment for autonomous, high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and align expectations between the Tribe and the Board.
Requirements
- Solid technical expertise in data and engineering environments and how they enable business outcomes.
- Proven experience in servant leadership, focusing on trust, ownership, and people development.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Strategic thinking skills to balance short-term delivery with long-term direction.
- C1/C2 proficiency in both Czech and English.
- Residence or ability to work from the Czech Republic (Praha, Brno, or České Budějovice).
