What you will do

• Execute bilateral and tri-party repo and reverse repo transactions across government bonds, emerging markets, and credit assets.
• Manage the repo funding book, controlling liquidity positioning, collateral allocation, and inventory to optimize cost of funds.
• Design and structure bespoke secured financing solutions, including term financing and balance sheet efficient structures like netting and compression.
• Optimize balance sheet usage and regulatory metrics (RWA, LCR, NSFR) in compliance with UAE Central Bank and Basel III frameworks.
• Partner with Credit and Market Risk to maintain repo collateral risk frameworks and counterparty credit limit methodologies.
• Lead and develop the team, managing individual objectives, performance, and the business area's budget.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in secured funding, repo trading, and secondary market execution.
• Strong expertise in managing liquidity, collateral, and balance sheet efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of Basel III frameworks and UAE Central Bank requirements.
• Proven experience in team management and financial budget monitoring.
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
