What you will do

• Procure, configure, and maintain employee hardware, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and role-based access controls across productivity platforms and SaaS applications.
• Administer office network infrastructure, including wireless networks, VPNs, firewalls, and switches.
• Provide primary internal IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Implement endpoint security measures and manage backup and recovery processes.
• Develop IT documentation and SOPs while coordinating with external vendors for procurement and support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls).
• Experience managing user accounts within Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Must be located in and able to work on-site in Taipei City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM, endpoint protection tools, or cybersecurity implementation.
• Familiarity with SSO and identity authentication integrations (SAML, Google SSO).
• Basic scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience building IT systems, policies, or SOPs from 0 to 1.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 or other information security audits.
• Professional certifications like CompTIA or CCNA, and basic understanding of AWS/GCP.
