What you will do

• Design and implement multi-site Microsoft SQL Server Always On solutions.
• Own, track, and resolve database-related incidents and requests within defined SLAs.
• Plan and execute automated and attended database maintenance activities.
• Implement monitoring, auditing, data backup, and recovery solutions.
• Maintain the integrity of security and compliance programs for database infrastructure.
• Provide technical direction and serve as the internal SQL Server expert for engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in database implementations and support of Microsoft SQL Server in highly transactional and OLAP environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2022 and 2025).
• Mastery in SQL Server Always On and other high availability features is mandatory.
• Proven experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and resource contention troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL development (stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes).
• Availability for on-call support.
