What you will do

• Advise customers on fraud detection strategies and optimize value using hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to increase fraud detection rates while minimizing customer friction.
• Conduct data-driven proof-of-value and pilot projects to demonstrate product impact.
• Deploy tactical rules to combat acute fraud attacks and promote industry best practices.
• Research emerging threats such as Account Takeover and Social Engineering Scams.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence internal product strategy and delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Threat Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with financial institution fraud departments or monitoring tools.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Availability for travel within North America for customer workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and/or R.
• Understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
