Paralegal (iGaming)

Location: Boston, MA (must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency)

What you will do

• Support commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating NDAs, promotion terms, and contest rules.
• Assist with the insurance function by preparing coverage applications and supplements.
• Facilitate and oversee the agreement execution process.
• Design and implement knowledge management systems for legal standards and stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of approved templates, clauses, and intake questionnaires with version control.
• Organize and store executed commercial agreements for efficient retrieval.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of transactional paralegal experience.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
• Strong business and solutions-oriented judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Prior in-house experience at a public company.
• Experience using DocuSign, LinkSquares, or similar contract lifecycle management platforms.
