What you will do

• Develop calibrations for transmission diagnostics and ETRS features to meet performance and compliance standards.
• Plan and execute test activities using simulation, bench testing, HIL, dynamometer, and in-vehicle methods.
• Analyze test data and investigate non-conformities to determine root causes.
• Create and maintain test plans, calibration procedures, and technical guides.
• Collaborate with algorithm and system safety engineers to develop new functions and resolve issues.
• Support vehicle durability, warranty, and problem-resolution activities for assigned programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of automotive engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience in calibration, diagnostics, or powertrain development.
• Proficiency with calibration and data tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, or vSpy.
• Working knowledge of OBDII regulations and vehicle embedded controls.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in the US.

Nice to have

• Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with Python, C, or automation tools for test execution and data processing.
• Experience with serial data buses, including CAN, GMLAN, and LIN.
• DFSS Black Belt certification.
