TL;DR
Member of Technical Staff, Atlas (Backend/Web3): Building and optimizing a secure digital asset settlement platform for institutions with an accent on system architecture and high-quality backend services. Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States and mandatory in-person onboarding is required.

What you will do
- Design and implement secure, resilient backend infrastructure and cloud-native microservices from the ground up.
- Act as the primary driver of system architecture and technical direction for the Atlas business line.
- Conduct code reviews across the engineering organization and foster a deterministic testing culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering Managers to plan and release high-quality software.
- Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and mitigate production incidents.
- Mentor and guide multiple engineers, helping them develop technical skills and align with strategic goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience building backend services.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining customer-facing APIs.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native microservices.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, operating systems).
- Must be based in the United States to comply with security policies and complete in-person onboarding.
Nice to have
- Professional experience with Go or C++.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Background in finance or cryptocurrency industries.
- Knowledge of system security (authentication, authorization, identity).
- Frontend development experience with TypeScript and React.
