Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (In-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: 31,900 – 36,250 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Build and own product features end-to-end, from UI design to scalable backend processing logic.
• Develop functional integrations with tools for Operations, Marketing, and IT.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, user researchers, and data scientists.
• Maintain and improve clean, high-quality code within large, well-maintained codebases.
• Contribute to the inclusive culture and growth of the Warsaw office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience building user-facing products.
• Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React and Node.js) or Scala.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and cross-timezone collaboration.
• Ability to balance rapid delivery with producing long-term maintainable code.
