What you will do

• Lead the technical integration process of the API-driven platform into clients' ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot repeat technical issues and manage the escalation process to eliminate recurring problems.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, focusing on API usage, retention, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams to provide high-quality client service.
• Identify new technology partners and integration opportunities to expand the ecosystem.
• Design and optimize customer onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin, Germany
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or Integrations Consultant.
• Proven experience with API integrations and SaaS-based products.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in complex technical environments.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (C1+)
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
