What you will do

• Lead and coordinate industrial construction and integration activities within active production environments.
• Manage site operations, including logistics, access control, and work area organization.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers on-site.
• Enforce safety standards, plant regulations, and permit-controlled activities.
• Act as the main interface between project management, clients, and on-site teams.
• Manage escalations related to safety, quality, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial construction sites.
• Experience in industrial plant installation and restructuring projects.
• Strong expertise in enforcing rules, safety, and logistics concepts.
• Experience in escalation management and coordination.
• English: Professional working level required.

Nice to have

• German A2 proficiency.
