What you will do

• Supervise key areas of product development for mobile puzzle and casual games.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities.
• Analyze product metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Formulate and implement product hypotheses in collaboration with the team.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap and ensure its successful execution.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer, or Product Manager in mobile gamedev.
• Strong knowledge of mobile game trends, features, and game/product design.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and work structuring skills.
• Ability to analyze the market and identify current monetization trends.
• English: B1 level or higher.
• Russian: Fluent.
