What you will do

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing to increase CTR and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns daily to meet KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and activation rates.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights through reporting.
• Collaborate with performance and analytics teams for accurate tracking and attribution.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve overall marketing KPIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
• BSc/MSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and bidding strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in the financial, fintech, or FX services industry is an advantage.
