What you will do

• Monitor and analyze network performance using NMS tools and KPI modeling.
• Integrate OSS systems with core network elements (EPC, 5GC).
• Build and maintain dashboards using Grafana and logging solutions like ELK.
• Perform signaling analysis and troubleshooting to ensure network reliability.
• Develop automation scripts for monitoring and reporting tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and conduct post-mortems to drive incident resolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Oslo, Norway.
• Solid understanding of mobile core network architectures (EPC, 5GC, Diameter, GTP, SCTP).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Knowledge of Telco Cloud environments and virtualization.
• Strong OSS/EMS experience, specifically with tools like Nokia MantaRay.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with KPI correlation and alarm management.
• Background in network automation and scripting.
• Previous experience in a telecom or IoT-focused environment.
