Graphic Designer

TL;DR

Graphic Designer (Adobe Creative Suite/Figma): Create visually compelling digital and print assets for a dedicated pharmaceutical client, with an accent on brand-consistent design across web, email, social, and print. Focus on developing campaign concepts, producing print-ready materials, and iterating designs based on stakeholder feedback while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius (3 days in the office + 2 from home)

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for campaigns and projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver visual solutions that meet requirements.
• Create and adapt digital materials for web, email, social media, and other channels.
• Design print assets (brochures, posters, flyers) and ensure materials are print-ready.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Review and proof designs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma experience is required.
• Print-ready preparation is required.
• Professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian is required.

Nice to have

• Video editing experience.
• Corporate experience.
• Experience working in a regulated industry with governance and adopted processes.
• Latvian language skills.
