Head of Information Security

What you will do

• Lead and develop the information security organization and security offices in Linköping (Tannefors) and Arboga.
• Define strategic direction, goals, and roadmaps for information security and cybersecurity.
• Own governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) for information and cybersecurity, including regulatory compliance.
• Lead risk analyses and incident management, and represent security internally and externally.
• Deliver security training and awareness, and support crisis management activities.
• Oversee scope including IT Security and COMSEC, supply chain security, and the DPO function.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Linköping with travel required.
• Swedish citizenship and security clearance required.
• Senior experience (typically 8–10+ years) in information/cyber security.
• Proven leadership experience in a CISO, senior security, or equivalent role, including line management or project/program management.
• Proven experience in GRC, risk analysis, and incident management; strong knowledge of standards/frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST, CMMC).
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English; ability to produce formal reports and documentation.
