What you will do

  • Build and maintain features on a production Craft CMS platform with a short feedback loop.
  • Lead the migration of a legacy CMS to Craft, including UI/UX rework for a 2026 launch.
  • Collaborate with client engineers and product designers on engineering initiatives.
  • Mentor teammates and share knowledge across the team to accelerate growth.
  • Maintain production quality and monitoring in line with SLAs.
  • Utilize emerging AI tools to genuinely improve development workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Strong PHP development skills with production experience on Craft CMS.
  • Solid understanding of Craft CMS templating system, plugin ecosystem, and content modelling.
  • Experience migrating content from legacy CMS platforms.
  • Frontend competence to implement responsive design and accessibility.
  • Proficiency in database design and query optimisation (specifically SQL Server).

Nice to have

  • Experience with API development (REST).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) in a team environment.
  • Experience working in agile, iterative environments with real production stakes.
