We are looking for a structurer (Derivatives Structuring team)

Responsibilities:
✅Pricing and quantitative analysis of derivatives and security financing transactions
✅Participation in the unit drive to create new derivatives products and bespoke solutions for our client base
✅Preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials
✅Preparation of transaction term sheets
✅Presenting structured solutions to clients
✅Coordination of approval processes with relevant departments and support functions (including internal committees)
✅Coordination of transaction execution
