What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors to ensure a welcoming workplace experience.
• Ensure daily readiness of all office areas, including meeting rooms, reception, and shared facilities.
• Liaise with building management and service providers to resolve facilities and maintenance issues.
• Manage office supplies, catering, and vendor purchase orders while maintaining accurate asset records.
• Coordinate logistics for internal events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to local leadership and maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• 1-2 years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Must be based in Paris, France (Onsite).
