What you will do

• Measure the adoption, impact, and cost of AI capabilities to guide investment decisions.
• Define and track KPIs for technology domains and internal tools.
• Monitor internal system health and proactively identify performance gaps.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide leadership with clear, reliable visibility.
• Partner with product teams to define success metrics before product launches.
• Utilize AI tools to improve and accelerate analytical workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
• High-level proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience designing data models and building self-serve dashboards.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly independent, self-driven, and proactive mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Experience building AI agents to support daily workflows.
• Experience measuring AI adoption, AI impact, and AI FinOps.
