What you will do

• Analyze complex data elements, flows, and dependencies to create physical and logical data models.
• Design, implement, and maintain database structures and integrate vendor solutions into the data environment.
• Plan hardware, software, and architecture capacity to support business and application needs.
• Perform data munging, cleansing, and blending from multiple sources using various storage paradigms.
• Build and manage scalable data processing platforms for exploratory data analysis and real-time analytics.
• Mentor and oversee junior data engineers to ensure execution alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in ICT Analysis, Architecture, and Design.
• Expertise in Cloud solutions, preferably GCP (or Azure/AWS).
• Expert level experience with Big Data tools such as MapReduce, Hive, HDFS, YARN, HBase, and Oozie.
• Advanced knowledge of data processing methods (Kafka, Spark) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• English: C1 (Advanced) proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in programming languages used in ML, specifically Python or R.
• Knowledge of distributed filesystems.
• Intermediate German (B1).
