What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale the local marketing team in Argentina, owning performance management and weekly cadences.
• Define and execute the local growth strategy for brand awareness and acquisition, reflecting local user behavior and regulation.
• Act as the strategic interface between the Argentina team and central HQ teams (Paid, SEO, Creative, Analytics).
• Develop personas and targeting strategies specifically for high-net-worth (HNWI) and mass-affluent investors.
• Audit and optimize customer touchpoints, including landing pages and onboarding flows, for local relevance.
• Monitor brand reputation and community sentiment within the Argentine market to propose timely mitigations.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a track record of leading teams in Argentina or LATAM.
• Deep expertise in the Argentine crypto, fintech, or wealth management markets.
• Proven experience in people management, including hiring and coaching specialists.
• Native Spanish and professional English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with experience using GA4, MMPs, and competitive intelligence tools.
• Must be based in Argentina for a hybrid work model.
