What you will do
- Maintain ERP project and client master data and act as the primary contact for project data inquiries.
- Review service contracts to determine project groups and revenue recognition methods.
- Import contract budgets and payment schedules into the ERP system to ensure accurate accruals.
- Manage billing administration, issue invoices, and monitor payment status including follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Support revenue recognition by reviewing evidence of work completion.
- Conduct project final reconciliations and assist in internal and external financial audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate collaboration with team members in U.S. Eastern Time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow established operational processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Basic understanding of GAAP and IFRS, with knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
- Prior experience in accounting, finance operations, project finance, or audit.
