What you will do

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and performing code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new payment features.
• Establish development best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical technical issues.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and the long-term strategy for the platform.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Fluency with AI tools like Cursor.
