TL;DR

Professional Services Engineer (Fintech): Implementing and integrating enterprise AI-driven banking software solutions with an accent on system configuration, deployment, and technical troubleshooting. Focus on bridging architectural design with production-ready execution across on-premises, private cloud, and SaaS environments.

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid role with occasional on-site customer engagement).

What you will do

  • Implement enterprise software solutions based on architectural designs and technical documentation.
  • Configure environments across on-premises, private cloud, and SaaS deployments.
  • Lead technical working sessions with customer infrastructure and application teams.
  • Troubleshoot integration and production issues in collaboration with internal R&D.
  • Support complex upgrades, migrations, and go-live activities.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and integration materials.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical implementation, system integration, or application support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and integration layers.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Linux, and Shell scripting.
  • Experience with containerized environments including Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
  • Practical knowledge of APIs, authentication, and SQL databases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to SaaS deployments and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with deployment automation or CI/CD concepts.
  • Experience supporting performance validation in large-scale environments.
  • High-level debugging knowledge of Android, iOS, and Web front-end technologies.
