ERP Deployment Specialist – Accounting & Controlling (IFS)

ERP Deployment Specialist (IFS): Leading the global implementation of the Accounting and Controlling Domain of IFS Cloud with an accent on tax solutions and system configuration. Focus on conducting fit-gap analysis, coordinating data migration, and managing the global rollout of ERP functionalities.

Location: Levice, Slovakia (Hybrid: Home office possible 2 days a week)

Salary: Basic wage from 2800 EUR/month

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and global deployment of the Accounting and Controlling Domain of IFS Cloud.
• Conduct Fit Gap Analysis with Finance and Accounting departments to document business requirements.
• Coordinate data migration processes, including cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Execute module testing, define use cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Train key and end users and manage internal change communication.
• Provide second-level support and facilitate continuous system improvement based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of PTP, RTR, and QTC finance processes.
• ERP proficiency with specialized expertise in tax.
• 5 years of experience in an international environment (manufacturing or project-based preferred).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
