What you will do

• Model supply gaps and align supply with demand signals to feed expansion tools.
• Develop expansion strategies and forecast capacity for new and existing markets using data-driven insights.
• Establish operational KPIs and build frameworks to monitor store partner performance and onboarding.
• Build internal self-serve data capabilities and observability frameworks to ensure metric trust.
• Improve the Data-Focused Agentic Layer to automate operational insights for field teams.
• Manage big data infrastructures, cloud-based analytics platforms, and maintain analytics pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in Data Science or a similar field.
• Strong track record in operational, marketplace, or supply-side analytics (e.g., capacity forecasting, geospatial modeling).
• Experience with data visualization and orchestration tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Hex, and Airflow.
• Knowledge of Agentic Tooling (Claude, Jules, or Codex) is a must.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, math, or engineering.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
