What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines on public cloud services, primarily AWS, as well as Azure and GCP.
• Design and develop data solutions focusing on database architecture, ETL, BI, Big Data, and Advanced Analytics.
• Implement and optimize lakehouse architectures using Iceberg (Compaction, Z-Order).
• Orchestrate data workflows using Airflow, AWS Step Functions, and AWS workflow.
• Develop software transformations and automation scripts using Python and SQL.
• Manage infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and Terraform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building data pipelines on public cloud services.
• 1+ years of experience in data solution architecture, design, and development.
• Proficiency in Spark ecosystems and pipeline orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, Glue, Crawlers, and DynamoDB.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Porto, Portugal.
