What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to the market leadership team to maximize financial performance and support growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the market.
• Analyze business drivers, sales, and operating costs to develop and track KPIs.
• Oversee financial performance reviews and drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and support audit and governance activities.
• Coach business teams to improve financial acumen and deliver training on financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, commercial analysis, or business partnering roles.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel for financial modelling.
• Highly proficient in both English and Korean.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Seoul, South Korea.
