What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance.
  • Create and publish job advertisements and conduct initial candidate interviews and shortlisting.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction activities to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure all recruitment and HR activities adhere to applicable laws and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business Administration (or willingness to undertake).
  • Experience in recruitment coordination and/or as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Milton, Queensland, Australia.
