TL;DR

Web Designer (WordPress/Webflow): Transforming existing websites into high-performing, conversion-focused digital experiences with an accent on UX/UI optimization and CMS implementation. Focus on conducting audits, building responsive layouts in Figma and Webflow, and improving overall website performance.

Location: Remote (Must be based in LATAM)

What you will do

  • Lead website redesign and optimization initiatives from concept development through implementation and launch.
  • Conduct UX/UI audits to identify usability gaps and propose improvements to enhance conversion rates.
  • Create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Build and maintain websites across platforms including WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow.
  • Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation and performance.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in web design or UI/UX roles, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools such as WordPress, Elementor, and Webflow.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

  • Experience with advanced Webflow features and workflows.
  • Knowledge of hosting environments like SiteGround or WP Engine.
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
