What you will do

• Architect and scale a brand-new incident response automation program from scratch.
• Design and build hands-on incident response workflows and playbooks using low-code/no-code SOAR platforms.
• Integrate disparate security tools via APIs and leverage Python and AI/LLM tools to increase efficiency.
• Engineer and tune high-fidelity SIEM alerts to trigger automated containment pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design DLP controls and define incident escalation pathways.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in SecOps, SOAR, or Security Automation.
• Proven track record of building incident response automation programs from the ground up.
• Deep experience with SOAR workflows (Torq, Tines, or similar platforms).
• Strong background in SIEM detection engineering (design, build, and tuning).
• Proficiency in Python and integrating complex security tools via APIs.
• Must be based in Latin America (LatAm).

Nice to have

• Experience working within FinTech or similarly regulated industries.
• Staff-level security engineering background.
• Previous experience designing and tuning DLP controls.
• Prior participation in on-call rotations.
