What you will do

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across production, testing, and development environments.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of K8s environments.
• Configure network stack, including network policies, VPN, and load balancers.
• Automate infrastructure processes using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize application deployments.
• Manage VMware environments and coordinate work with less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes; VMware Tanzu knowledge is an advantage.
• Operational experience with virtualization technologies, specifically VMware vSphere.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and network policies.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Czech language proficiency (required).
• English: B2 level required.
