You have very good conversational English, because it's how you'll work with us and grow as we expand globally. You can hold a confident conversation with a business owner and ask for the close. You'd rather be paid for results than for hours. You're self-driven and don't need a manager standing over you. You can learn a product well enough to explain it simply, with no tech background needed, because we teach you everything. And you know the Finnish market, or can get in front of businesses here.
This is not for you if you need a big guaranteed salary to feel secure, if you wait for leads to be handed to you, if you go quiet when a deal needs chasing, or if "uncapped commission" sounds like pressure rather than opportunity.
