What you will do

• Lead strategy development and manage strategic projects to continuously update the hirify.global Surface Sensor Solutions strategy.
• Collaborate with senior global leaders and functional heads in sustainability, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Drive strategy execution and transformation, working closely with local leaders and factory managers.
• Accelerate implementation in areas such as operational excellence, sustainability, and digital transformation.
• Lead high-priority projects utilizing resources and stakeholders from across the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or internal corporate strategy teams at large corporations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for structuring ambiguous problems.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to gain buy-in from senior leaders.
• Fluency in English for operating in a multicultural and complex global context.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting based on current regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience leading digital transformation, BI analytics, or AI implementation programs.
• Experience in leadership roles with P&L responsibility.
