What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on SOX compliance within a large-scale transformation program.
• Lead the transition from manual controls to automated, system-driven monitoring solutions.
• Assess and enhance ITGCs, application controls, access management, and change controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, and compliance teams to strengthen the control environment.
• Support the design and implementation of controls within AWS cloud environments.
• Manage auditor engagement during control redesigns, remediation, and testing cycles.

Requirements

• Must have extensive SOX experience within technology, SaaS, or cloud-centric environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, application controls, access management, and change management.
• Proven experience implementing automated controls and technology-enabled monitoring.
• Hands-on experience working within AWS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage auditors through control redesigns and technology change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate independently.
