What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful data visualizations.
• Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize data models and query performance to enhance dashboard efficiency.
• Provide training to end-users on Tableau and contribute to the development of data governance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard design, data modeling, and custom visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data warehousing.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Tableau Desktop Certified Professional certification.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
