What you will do

• Process and approve global payments accurately according to established procedures.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and errors promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, investment managers, and internal teams including Treasury and Banking Operations.
• Act as an escalation point and deputize for the Manager to ensure fair work allocation.
• Lead workstreams for global projects and identify opportunities for process efficiency and security.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of new payment systems and product initiatives.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of the fund administration industry.
• Solid knowledge of global payment processes and online banking platforms.
• Swift Payment processing knowledge (formatting and field definitions) is a distinct advantage.
• Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus.
