TL;DR
Senior Technical Analyst (EDI integration) (EDI/Peppol): Designing and supporting electronic invoicing integrations between finance platforms, external partners, Peppol infrastructure, and government systems with an accent on XML/JSON mappings, regulatory compliance, and reliable data flows. Focus on analyzing API payloads and logs, onboarding partners to Peppol, resolving complex transaction failures, and validating end-to-end integration scenarios.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with work from home up to 2 days per week. Flex Location allows working from any location in the world for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do
- Serve as the technical reference for EDI and Peppol integrations, including APIs, mappings, message flows, Access Points, SMP interactions, and directory management.
- Design and maintain XML and JSON mappings aligned with Peppol BIS and EN 16931 standards.
- Assess customer and supplier requirements and their impact on AP/AR, ERP, billing, and finance systems such as SAP and Oracle.
- Support e-invoicing compliance, country-specific mandates including Poland’s KSeF, certification activities, and regulatory audits.
- Analyze payloads, XML files, API logs, and error reports to diagnose transaction failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Test and validate e-invoicing platforms, API integrations, and end-to-end scenarios while documenting technical specifications, integration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Analyst in integration, e-invoicing, or EDI projects.
- Knowledge of EDI standards and technologies including Peppol, EDIFACT, EANCOM, TRADACOMS, XML, and JSON.
- Extensive experience with XML, JSON, RESTful APIs, system integrations, and ERP-EDI mappings.
- Experience with certified Peppol Service Providers or VAN operators; strong understanding of integration troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with Agile, SDLC, and ITIL, plus the ability to manage multiple parallel priorities and projects.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Fluent English required.
