What you will do

• Design and maintain functional XML/JSON mappings aligned with Peppol BIS and EN 16931 standards.
• Manage the onboarding process to the Peppol network, including Access Points (AP) and directory management.
• Ensure compliance with regional e-Invoicing mandates, such as KSeF (Poland) and other European requirements.
• Perform deep technical analysis of JSON payloads and API logs to diagnose and resolve transaction failures.
• Collaborate with IT, ERP teams, and vendors to resolve complex integration issues through root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, integration guides, and process flow documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Analyst in integration, e-Invoicing, or EDI projects.
• Deep knowledge of EDI standards including Peppol, EDIFACT, EANCOM, XML, and JSON.
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs and ERP-EDI mappings (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
