What you will do

• Support the execution of internal audits within the hirify.global Group, covering both technical and operational business units.
• Evaluate compliance with financial regulations such as MiCAR and DORA and internal control frameworks.
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to align on regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance.
• Draft high-quality audit documentation and reports for management review.
• Track open audit findings and validate remediation actions.
• Participate in internal and external audit projects.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the crypto and financial industry, and how tech-driven companies operate.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in German is a strong asset.
• Analytical mindset and ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
